- How does seat booking work?
- Pick your centre, choose a plan and start date, then select the exact seat you want from the live seat map. The seat is held for you for 10 minutes while you pay, and it's yours for the whole booking period.
- Can I choose a specific seat?
- Yes. Every seat is bookable individually, and the map shows which are free for your dates — including which are window-side or have a power socket.
- What happens if someone books my seat while I'm paying?
- They can't. Selecting a seat places a short hold on it, and the booking is finalised only once payment is verified. If a hold expires before you pay, the seat returns to the pool and you'll be asked to pick again.
- What are the opening hours?
- Opening hours are listed on each centre's page. The Nilambur centre is open from early morning until late evening, seven days a week.
- Do you provide Wi-Fi and power?
- Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and a power socket at every seat. Facilities are listed per centre.
- Can I extend my booking?
- Yes. Book the next period from your dashboard while your current booking is still running, and you'll keep the same seat as long as it's free for those dates.
