How do I book a seat?
Choose a centre, pick your plan and start date, then select the exact seat you want from the live seat map. The seat is held for you for 10 minutes while you pay, and the booking is confirmed once the payment is verified.
Can I choose a specific seat?
Yes. Every seat is booked individually, not as general access to the hall. The map shows which seats are free for your dates, along with each seat's type and features, and the seat you pick is yours for the whole booking period.
How far ahead can I book?
Bookings can start up to 60 days from today, including today itself. A single booking runs from 1 day up to 180 days, and you can hold one active booking at a time.
Can I extend my membership?
Yes. You can extend from your dashboard in the last 7 days of your booking, up to 3 times per booking. You keep the same seat as long as it is still free for the new dates.
Can I change my seat?
Yes. When you extend, you can move to any seat that is free for the new dates — useful if your original seat is already taken for part of the period. To move seat mid-booking, ask the centre staff and they can reassign you.
What happens when my booking expires?
Your seat returns to the pool on the day after your booking's end date, and can then be booked by anyone. We send reminders 7, 3 and 1 days, and again on the day, beforehand so you have time to renew and keep the same seat.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations are handled by the centre rather than online. Contact the staff and they will tell you what the policy allows for your booking before anything is changed — no booking is ever cancelled automatically.
